Once again Hermes Hausverwaltung AG took part in this year's 5 x 5 km team relay in the Tiergarten in Berlin.
Extended responsibility in the private customer segment
As of 1 April 2010, the management of the residential building in Woltersdorf near Berlin has been taken over. The private owner has already been supported through our private customer management since 2009 and is placing a further 6 apartments under our management.

The residential complex Deidesheimer Strasse 9 in 14197 Berlin has also been managed by HERMES AG since 1 January 2010.

HERMES AG continues growing
HERMES HAUSVERWALTUNG AG reports the taking over of the management of "Grammophon Büropark" in Hanover as of 1 March 2010. Featuring some 20,000 sqm of floor space, the modern office building has an occupancy rate of approx. 90%. The commercial property "Main Michelangelo" in Frankfurt Main which comprises a floor space of about 9,000 sqm and an occupancy rate of 50% has already been managed for the same client since 1 September 2009.
MIPIM 2010
As in the previous years, Mr. Döring-Strohscheer represented HERMES HAUSVERWALTUNG AG at this year's real estate fair MIPIM in Cannes. He held many interesting talks, reinforced existing business relations and established numerous new contacts....!

Within the framework of a bank mandate, HERMES HAUSVERWALTUNG AG is immediately taking over the management of approx. 1,100 apartments in Berlin-Spandau.

For the development of an EDP-based key figure reporting system, HERMES HAUSVERWALTUNG AG has received the Aareon Award 2008 at this year's managerial congress held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Robert Döring-Strohscheer, CFO of HERMES AG, explained the advantages of the new software in his address to the congress. "With the net cold actual rent as measurement benchmark, the high level of process automation and the secure GES database we are now able to give our clients a monthly report that is detailed, delimited, and truly meaningful.
